Question of the Week 25

How do you recharge during the summer holidays?

Summer can be lovely, but it can also be full-on for parent carers. We’d love to hear what helps you get small moments of rest or reset.

You might want to share things like:

☕ quiet time when you can get it
💬 talking to someone who understands
🌿 getting outside for a few minutes
🎧 music, podcasts or audiobooks
📱 screen time for your child while you breathe
🚪 hiding in the bathroom for five minutes — no judgement!

What helps you recharge, even just a little
