Update on SEND Tribunal Appeals
There has been a temporary change to how some SEND Tribunal appeals are being supported.
Due to higher demand and reduced capacity in the Tribunal team, Weightmans Solicitors have been appointed to manage appeals scheduled for hearings in January, February and March 2026.
This is a temporary step to help keep appeals progressing. All families affected will be contacted directly and can also expect to hear from Weightmans if their appeal is scheduled in the coming months.
