We know our communication hasn’t been good enough for far too long. You haven’t always heard about the work we’ve been doing, how we’re challenging the local area (education, health and care) and the progress being made — and that’s not okay.
As a Parent Carer Forum, our role is to represent your voices and your experiences at a strategic level. And yet, we recognise that many of you have felt unheard and left out, and that’s not good enough. We can do better.
We’ve listened to what you’ve told us, and we’re making changes. From now on, we’ll be clearer, more open, and make sure we are working with parents as partners and that you’re kept in the loop every step of the way.
