The Four Cornerstones report has been published today on Devon County Council’s website:
The report offers an honest and moving picture of SEND services in Devon, highlighting the challenges families face with delays in support, the uneven communication, and the and the need for more joined-up working.
The report also recognises the positives, including the care and empathy shown by practitioners, the growing network of parent carer ambassador volunteers, and inclusive approaches that have had a real impact for families.
