In November, we asked families across Devon to share their views about Parent Carer Forum Devon. Thank you to everyone who took part — your voices are helping shape how we listen, connect and represent families.
💬 Parents told us they want:
• clearer information about who we are and what we do
• more flexible, simple ways to share their experiences
• updates that are regular, easy to find and not just on Facebook
• a forum that is more visible, consistent and trusted
We’ve already started making changes — including a clearer website, more visits to local SEND groups, and new ways to keep families updated.
